I. General InformationBy commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.I reserve the right to decline any commission request.Commissions are strictly for personal use only (avatars, wallpapers, personal printing). For commercial rights (merchandise, streams, VTuber assets), a separate fee applies.II. Payment & PricingAll prices are in USD and paid via PayPal Invoice.A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.The remaining 50% payment must be made after the final artwork is approved.The full high-resolution artwork (unwatermarked) will only be delivered after full payment is completed.III. Workflow & RevisionsProgress updates will be provided during the Sketch and Color phases.Minor revisions are free during the sketch phase.Major changes to pose, outfit, or composition after sketch approval (or during rendering) will incur additional fees.IV. Turnaround Time & DeadlinesTurnaround time is usually 2 to 4 weeks per illustration, depending on complexity and queue position. Any delays will be communicated in advance.Rush orders (delivery within 3–7 days) are subject to an additional fee of 50% to 100% of the total price.If the client does not respond to progress updates within 7 days, the commission may be paused or moved to the end of the queue.V. Copyright & Final DeliverablesI (the artist) retain full copyright over the artwork and reserve the right to post completed pieces and process videos on my social media/portfolio. (Notify me beforehand if you require a private commission).Claiming the artwork as your own, reselling, or using it for AI training / NFTs is strictly prohibited.Final files will be delivered as high-resolution PNG/JPEG via Google Drive or email. Raw PSD/CLIP files are not included.VI. Refunds & CancellationsThe initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work on the sketch has begun.No refunds will be issued after the lineart/render phase has started.If I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund
